Provide exemplary customer service through positive communication, meeting the customer needs, maintaining a clean, neat, and inviting shopping experience while having a positive and upbeat attitude.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regular and consistent attendance at work.
  • Facilitate an outstanding customer experience by giving exemplary customer service.
  • Greet and check out customers.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and team.
  • Clean and straighten merchandise and store.
  • Fold clothing and stock shelves.
  • Answer questions and provide resources on campus.
  • Assist students with purchasing decisions.
  • Perform other related work duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES WITH/WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION:

Position involves working on a salesfloor. Occasional (10-33%) pushing, pulling and viewing a computer. Frequent (34-66%) reaching   and close visual work.  Constant (67-100%) standing, operating a cash register, lifting.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School completion.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, OR REGISTRATIONS:
Cash handling, register, and customer service experience.
