What we are looking for:
IDx is looking for an individual with strong communication skills with an interest in sales to help support objectives in IDx’s sales and marketing departments. The Sales Operations Specialist coordinates sales activities and provides support for IDx’s Key Account Management team throughout all stages of a high-value, complex enterprise sales cycle that targets Integrated Health Systems (hospital systems) as well as individual physicians.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to:
  • Respond to and appropriately triage inbound sales inquiries from prospective customers
  • Support IDx sales and marketing teams in lead campaign management
  • Manage the order fulfillment process, product deployment and implementation logistics, software license management, and direct customer support inquiries
  • Manage Salesforce CRM technology, automated marketing tools, and other systems and processes to enable maximum customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness
  • Act as a liaison between with the IDx sales and marketing teams, customers, and partners

Requirements:
  • 4-year Bachelor’s Degree. Science and/or technology preferred but not required
  • Relentless passion for meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations
  • Exceptional professional presence and communication skills—in writing, over the phone, and in person
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines. 

Desirable qualifications:
  • Prior sales support experience highly desired
  • Previous experience working in healthcare, B2B, or other regulated industry
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM platform
