Latent is looking for a seasoned sales representative to drive business expansion. Latent provides software products that allow law enforcement to locate stolen Wi-Fi enabled devices. Founded in 2016, Latent began selling its flagship product this past year, has shown consistent growth, and is well financed. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a successful sales person with a track record of outstanding success and drive. This position reports to the Founder / President and will have responsibility for product sales throughout the United States. Most sales will be consummated over the telephone using web presentation apps.

Responsibilities include:
  • Identification, development, and acquisition of new customers, including establishment and daily management of a prospect sales-funnel program.
  • Establishment of sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Performance to sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Weekly sales funnel progress reporting.
  • Collect and carefully analyze customer feedback.
Skills & Experience:
  • Technology sales experience required. Law enforcement/government sales preferred, but not required.
  • Proven experience prospecting, developing and maintaining quality account relationships.
  • Experience working in a start-up / new company environment preferred
  • Some travel will be required to work exhibit booth at trade shows / conferences
  • Salary plus highly competitive sales commission.
