ESP International is a dynamic, growth-oriented, employee-owned company that provides engineered solutions for the global OEM marketplace. Due to our sales growth and desire to expand into new markets, we are seeking highly-motivated, professional outside sales representative to service and grow our customer base in Iowa.

Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field with at least five years relevant sales experience in the OEM market
  • Proven track record of sales management and growth in the agricultural market using complex, solution-selling approaches
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the customer’s organization
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and/or understanding of engineering concepts and prints
  • Knowledge of sealing products strongly desired
  • Experience in sales of engineered products and services to OEMs in the agricultural industry required
  • Residence in the Cedar Rapids or Waterloo area strongly desired
