Are you on board for a unique sales role that combines the challenge of outbound with an active base of accounts?


We are looking for a talented Client Manager who will sell to an active base of accounts as well as generate new business with a consultative approach.  Work directly with employers to help solve their recruitment needs.  Conduct inbound and outbound calls/email/social outreach and book sales transactions with employers and third-party professionals.


The Client Manager will conduct in-person meetings and presentations at client locations but primarily interact with clients via email, phone or social networks. The Client Manager is responsible for identifying and targeting ways to grow existing business and develop new opportunities. In this role the Client Manager will work closely with management and product development team to maximize revenue.


In this sales role, expect to:


  • Conduct sales with a consultative approach – we aren’t simply processing requests

  • Build and manage a dynamic pipeline of leads with an active base of accounts to start

  • Establish a solid relationship with clients by displaying expertise in designing recruitment solutions, whether or not a current recruiting need has been identified

  • Bring value to every customer contact

  • Stay aware of competitive recruitment solutions and how Corridor Careers complements/exceeds those options

  • Obtain strong product knowledge and deliver effective brand positioning in pitches

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly sales goals after onboarding period

  • Coordinates account information, process orders and collects payments when needed

  • Contribute to team efforts with a strong work ethic & have fun

  • Complete special assignments as needed

Stronger candidates will:


  • Maintain a positive attitude towards change and a dynamic environment

  • Possess strong communication skills in writing, over phone and in person

  • Have a high-energy, self-starter or outgoing personality

  • Be comfortable managing each stage of the sales process (prospect/lead/contact/follow-up/delivery/close)

Minimum Requirements:

Associates or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or sales or related domains. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field.  Previous talent acquisition experience a plus. Must have access to reliable transportation, have safe driving habits and clean motor vehicle record, and maintain a valid driver's license.
