Account Manager

ESP International is a global company providing high quality, cost effective mechanical components and assemblies with high level engineering and leading edge logistical support to such nationally recognized original equipment manufacturers as John Deere, CNH, Arctic Cat, and Polaris. Due to increasing sales, we are seeking an Account Manager (because Customer Service Superhero isn’t a real title) to join our employee owned Company.

The Account Manager maximizes ESP International’s relationship with the Company’s Customer Base.  The Account Manager will serve as the customer’s primary point of contact.

Responsibilities:
•Building rapport and relationships with established accounts and contacts
•Expediting and Overseeing Order and Line Activity for assigned accounts
•Quoting new and current business
•Understanding customer standards and process to communicate inter-departmentally
•Understanding and interpreting print and part specifications from the customer
•Exceeding customer expectations

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is a keen problem solver with a unique ability to think on their feet.  Candidate must be a self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and owning the customer’s issues from start to finish. Requirements include an associate’s degree and two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with pressure situations and how to handle them in a professional business manner.
