Client Manager

Job Information:

We are looking for a Client Manager who consultatively sells inbound and outbound talent acquisition services for Corridor Careers.  In this position you will work directly with employers to help solve their recruitment needs.

The Client Manager will conduct in-person meetings and presentations at client locations but primarily interact with clients via email, phone or social networks. The Client Manager is responsible for identifying and targeting ways to grow existing business as well as ways to obtain new business opportunities. In this role the Client Manager will work closely with management and product development team to maximize revenue.

Job responsibilities include:

•Consults with clients to understand recruitment needs then develops and cleanly executes on the best strategies to satisfy those needs.

•Establishes and builds a solid relationship with clients by displaying expertise in designing recruitment solutions, offering the best options for the client and proactively suggesting beneficial recruiting strategies whether or not a current recruiting need has been identified.

•Offers consultation to clients on best practices for job titles & job descriptions.  Provides expertise on what offerings work best for specific industries or position types.

•Stays aware of what competitive recruitment solutions offer and when/how Corridor Careers solutions better serve the client’s needs.

•Develops action plan and strategy for growing awareness among hiring professionals about Corridor Careers.

•Actively participates in evaluation of adapting current processes and offerings to improve ability to meet goals and bring stronger solutions to our clients.

•Handles all client communications with courtesy and professionalism.

•Coordinates account information, processes orders and collects payments.

•Attends and participates in department meetings and training sessions

•Maintains confidentiality of information

•Performs other duties as assigned/needed.

Job Skills & Attributes:

Is self-motivated, seeks challenges and independently works towards and surpasses goals.  Strong written and verbal communication skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation, pronunciation). Strong work ethic and ability to be flexible in work efforts to drive business is key to success. Ability to work with standard computer software and tools. Accountable, efficient and candid.  Great customer service and client relationship skills including a positive manner and professional attitude. Creative thinking and planning required in working with clients. Strong desire to understand hiring lifecycle, competitive offerings and online products.  Prior digital sales experience helpful but not required. Ability to work within specified timetables and deadlines and to multi-task and prioritize. Demonstrates solid business acumen and demonstrates the ability to work and communicate with all levels of client contacts.

Minimum Requirements:  

Associates or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or sales or related domains. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field.  Previous talent acquisition experience a plus. Must have access to reliable transportation, have safe driving habits and clean motor vehicle record, and maintain a valid driver's license
