Digital Marketing Account Manager

If you have a passion for digital marketing and a drive for sales, you may be the perfect fit as our digital marketing account manager. In this position, you’ll serve as an advisor to our healthcare clients. You’ll build close relationships with our clients and become an expert on their digital marketing goals, plans and challenges. Then you’ll work closely with our services teams to develop new products that meet our clients’ needs. Overall, you’ll be responsible for maintaining strong, positive and profitable client relationships and ensuring growth and year-over-year renewals of our client accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
While you might get to work on just about anything at Geonetric, you’ll primarily:
•Own the overall client relationship to position Geonetric as the client’s trusted advisor
•Lead clients’ long-term digital marketing strategy to invest resources in Geonetric’s services by understanding the clients’ needs and staying current on digital marketing and healthcare trends
•Gather, organize, and analyze data to form strategic recommendations that align with clients’ goals and present those recommendations
•Partner across teams to enhance Geonetric products and services, identify and develop new products, prioritize and align work, and better understand clients
•Grow client accounts and ensure year-to-year renewal of those account in order to achieve sales goals
•Collaborate across teams to propose pricing, compile proposals and develop contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness in regards to deliverables, timeframes, and cost.
•Serve as a subject matter expert by keeping current on industry trends and sharing information through blogging and speaking
•Attend conference and tradeshows to grow client relationships and develop industry knowledge
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
•3-5 years of related experience in client relationship management or sales required
•Proficiency in basic Google Analytics preferred
•Strategic marketing experience preferred
•Search engine optimization best practices experience preferred
•Social media and paid search strategies experience preferred
•Healthcare experience preferred
•Strong oral and written communication skills required; especially on the phone
•Ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite level executives and within a group or committee structure required
•Strong analytical, reasoning, problem solving and organizational skills required
•Ability to multitask required
