Dining Unit Managers play an integral role in leading our campus dining centers to success. Impact & Responsibilities:

• Directs the daily operations of a Food Service Unit
• Administers Food Pro and other systems to ensure resources are adequately and effectively utilized
• Supervises activities of staff in dining units
• Recommends new and revised policies and procedures
• Monitors dining unit operations to ensure maximum effectiveness and compliance with departmental objectives

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Institutional, Hotel or Restaurant Management, Dietetics, Business Management or related field; at least three years of experience in the management of food service operations.
• Candidates must also demonstrate thorough knowledge of food service principles and practices and have ability to merchandise products and services.
