This is a Customer Service Rep position, so we are guessing you get the jist of it. You are helping our customers daily on the phone, email and in person get whatever marketing, signs or print they are looking for when they come to us. We need someone who is not afraid to step out and try new things, be a little uncomfortable and be a zealot when it comes to making our customers happy. Because if our customers aren't happy they won't come back and then we can't pay you. It's basically a lose-lose proposition. So, if you are a person like that, don't apply.

Your Run-of-the-Mill Basic Responsibilities :
  • Greet customers
  • Answer incoming calls and emails
  • Handle routine questions and requests by customers
  • Light production with copiers and binding equipment
  • Estimate and quote projects for customers
  • Hours 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday with some limited overtime when busy
  • Help manage our internal marketing efforts

The Important Stuff You Must Have :
  • You must be nice to the people who are our customers and those that you work with even when they don't deserve it.
  • Be a good communicator - in person, on the phone and able to compose an email that doesn't look like a 3rd grader wrote it.
  • Have a basic tech aptitude with computers and internety type stuff.
  • Like to work and work while at work (a post to Instagram won't kill anyone as long as you get your work done).
  • Be a multi-tasking Ninja. We do a lot in a short amount of time. This is no place for the proactively challenged.
  • Basic math is a must, but yes you can use a calculator.
  • Must be willing to jump in and figure things out on your own. No hand holding here.
  • You must be a life-long learner to work here. Lots to learn and it's always changing.

Big Pluses If You Have :
  • Any kind of graphic design or past print experience.
  • A background in the sign industry
  • Software experience with the Adobe Creative Suite or Microsoft Office.
