Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa, Department of Podiatry is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified to work full-time in our busy clinic.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of highly dedicated physicians and staff whose primary mission is to provide high quality, compassionate care to our patients. 

 

Duties: 

• Provider will assess, treat and conduct follow up visits for podiatry patients.
• Clinical duties may vary and may include providing surgical assistance.
• Provider will treat and communicate with patients in a timely and professional manner with courtesy and dignity.

 

Requirements:

• The successful candidate will be flexible as a rotating schedule to cover some early evenings and some call coverage may be required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills are required.
• An attention to detail is required. 
• Must have the ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times and work well independently as well as with team members.
• Prefer candidates with demonstrated expertise in area of clinical practice yet, not required to have experience in Podiatry. 
• Current licensure and/or credentials as an active PA or ARNP in good standing is required.
