RN / LPN

Willow Gardens Care Center is currently seeking RN/LPN candidates..

Current available shifts:

• 12 hour shifts
• 6 am to 6 pm
• 6 pm to 6 am

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate nurses that will bring their knowledge and experience to take us to the next level in caring for our residents. We offer long term care, Hospice, Rehab to home, and Respite care.

Requirements:

• Treat residents with Dignity, Kindness and Respect.
• Assist and participate in developing a comprehensive assessment and written care plan that identifies the nursing and medical needs for each resident.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day to day nursing activities in accordance with current federal, state and local standards.
• Follow facility protocol regarding resident safety.
• Participate in the orientation of new residents and their family members.
• Supervise and instruct nursing personnel.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.
• Active RN/LPN license
