The Department of Radiology is seeing full time Imaging Technologists 100% with primary duties in CT for 1st and 2nd shift. To perform and teach specialized CT procedures utilizing complex imaging equipment with close patient monitoring during exam.

1st shift schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Schedule includes rotating holidays, weekends and on call responsibilities.

2nd shift schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM. Schedule includes rotating holidays, weekends and on call responsibilities.

  • Perform IR procedures using a variety of complex imaging and patient monitoring equipment. 
  • Assist in the use of complex medical equipment during interventional procedures, including, but not limited to angioplasty devices, stents, drains, and filters. 
  • Has knowledge and understanding of key Service Excellence principles for interaction with patients and staff.
  • Establish rapport with patient and provide information about how the exam is performed and what is required of the patient.
  • Performs image processing using a variety of equipment during and after the procedure.
  • Use proper sterile techniques including skin preparation and IV placement; also vital sign monitoring and recording and basic life support knowledge.
