E-commerce Marketing Manager

The Ecommerce Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, implementing, analyzing, and refining Amazon marketing strategies for all Legacy products on the platform. This role entails devising and executing impactful tactics to enhance our online visibility and meet key performance indicators. Positioned at a mid-level, this role blends strategic vision with hands-on duties, encompassing strategy formulation, campaign execution, and ongoing assessment through rigorous testing and optimization.

 

Responsibilities

 The Ecommerce Marketing Manager’s responsibility is to oversee the Ecommerce Marketing budgets and advertising performance, under the direct supervision of the Director of Marketing and in partnership with the Sales team counterparts. 

  • Build out the annual Ecommerce Marketing strategy, plans and budget requirements to support business priorities, new product launches, category objectives and overall performance goals
  • Take charge of all PPC and Advertising budgets and programs, from keyword bidding to brand awareness and display ads
  • Drive paid placement Conversion Rate Optimization tactics and strategies in partnership with the Content Specialist and aligned to the SEO tactics and strategies
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive promotional calendar in partnership with the Sales team
  • Be the expert on POS Data & Reporting, providing insights and observations in product mix, channel shifts and overall performance trends and comparisons
  • Conduct thorough analysis of ROI for all paid marketing programs and effectively communicate media performance to internal stakeholders and leadership team
  • Proactively analyze paid media efficiencies, understand market trends and new platform opportunities, and monitor competitive segments.

  • Experience with MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Powerpoint

 

Education & Work Experience

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

  • 5+ years marketing experience in Ecommerce platforms, such as Amazon, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowes

 

Physical Requirements

 Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to hear on the phone and in-person, speak clearly in order to communicate information
  • Must have adequate vision, with or without glasses or lenses, to read
