Marketing Coordinator  will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing activities to generate leads and acquire ImOn Customers in new expansion markets.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities for Primary Functional Area of Accountability

  • Coordinate and support lead generation marketing campaigns using all channels available as appropriate-digital, direct mail, and email to generate and nurture new customer leads and conversions and build the ImOn brand image within expansion markets.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials to support sales efforts to close new customer leads, including collateral, giveaways, and other materials.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors that supply services to the marketing department.
  • Assist with campaign tracking and measurement, through regular monitoring and reporting on campaign data/results.
  • Plan and execute lead generation sales events in new markets to build the ImOn brand, including community events and sales events.
  • Manage the expansion microsite and platform: update content, offers, design elements, etc.
  • Assist with PR opportunities and media relations.
  • Assist and execute in-kind advertising sponsorship tasks.
  • Plan and create relevant content to use in lead generation efforts.
  • Create a positive end-to-end customer experience by demonstrating the ImOn Values.

 

Requirements

We're looking for people with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations and/or marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in direct/digital marketing, PR, B2C and B2B marketing.
  • General understanding of multiple marketing channel
  •  Must be team oriented, friendly and personable with strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate relevant information in an organized and concise manner.
  • Must be able to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision
