The Corporate Health Marketing Consultant is primarily responsible for the strategic promotion, sales, service, utilization and retention of Corporate Health services to businesses, employers and industry.  Collaborates with Corporate Health entities to ensure services are adequately detailed and packaged to meet clients’ needs. 


  • Directly responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans to achieve designated business and market goals.
  • Responsible for analyzing competitive environment and business entity strengths to develop competitive strategies aimed at growing market share.
  • Collaborates in the areas of strategic planning, solicitation, and relationship building activities with outside business partners who participate in Corporate Health Services programs.
  • Assists in the preparation of the annual budget for events, programs and promotions for Corporate Health Services. Is responsible for the prudent use of the operations budget.
  • Provides customer service to existing employers
    • Receives call from customer regarding new accounts, complaints and protocol changes
      • Primarily responsible for setting up protocols using SYSTOC
      • Periodically works with customers to confirm existing procedures
      • Provides horizontal up-selling to existing customers.
    • Seeks out new business
      • Develops prospect list (Pipeline)
      • Develops and follows marketing plan in cooperation with Marketing Communications department.
      • Represents Work Well at public functions when necessary
      • Provides information regarding market changes to management
      • Assists in roll out of new products, services or locations.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing or related field is required.


Qualifications/Experience: Minimum of three to five years experience in business/occupational health related setting, with sales/marketing of healthcare services is preferred.  Board certification in Occupational Health Nursing is also preferred. 


Special Skills/Knowledge: Must possess knowledge of healthcare and hospital services to strategically promote services.  Strong communication skills and the ability to assess customer/client needs are essential. Must have sound organizational, verbal and time management skills.  Must have the ability to effectively lead, facilitate and collaborate with diverse individuals and/or groups to develop market strategies.  Must have the ability to effectively direct the development and implementation of market strategies and tactics (coordinate marketing resources).  Must have the ability to organize and manage multiple projects with changing priorities.  Excellent personal and written communication skills.  Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphic design products or other common office/word processing software packages.  Uses word processing technology to accurately produce correspondence, reports, and other printed materials in a consistent, attractive format.
