Overview

 

The Frontier Co-op executive team has prioritized eCommerce as a strategic initiative. A market leader in the natural spaces of spices, herbs and aromatherapy, we have six distinctive websites, national distribution and accelerating growth goals. This is a new position within the high-energy, entrepreneurial ecommerce team, and you’ll have the support, budget, resources and autonomy to achieve strategic goals and objectives along with professional growth.

 

We are looking for a unique blend of left brain creativity with right brain analytical thinking. A customer-first mindset is critical. The ideal candidate will have broad-based content creation experience that encompasses organic search, social media and owned websites, along with Amazon and other dotcom markets.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize product page copy listings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a wide range of content including video
  • Ensure adherence to brand voice and identity
  • Manage digital and ecommerce content strategy across all channels: email, organic search, websites, marketplaces, paid search listings, social media platforms and print
  • Design and implement creative strategies to disseminate content and grow brand market share
  • Develop and execute traffic and engagement strategies that translate to sales and deliver target ROAS on all ecommerce platforms
  • Oversee content marketing budget
  • Accountable for reporting on and achieving key content and engagement metrics
  • Ensure all new products, both branded and OPPs, are launched in a timely manner with optimized product pages and supporting assets
  • Collaborates with brand and ecommerce managers to create promotional concepts and campaigns
  • Assists with creating brand and communication strategies

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of translating analysis into strategy and tactics
  • Google Analytics experience required
  • High comfort level with content management systems, preferably Acquia/Drupal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Adept at presenting to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office and Adobe skills
  • Design experience would be a plus
