Assists in managing the brand from a business and marketing perspective to achieve short term and long term category contribution, market share and sales growth in designated markets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs analysis on the business, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Works directly with sales, creative departments and agency to develop branding and advertising programs.
  • Coordinates project initiatives to achieve on-time deliverables.
  • Assists in development of brand marketing plan.
  • Operates sustainably and strives to reduce waste whenever possible and re-use resources when practical.
  • Reports injuries and near misses promptly and in required detailed format; proposes corrective action.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in marketing, communications, sales, advertising, business administration, or related field; and 2-4 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA preferred.
