The Senior Manager Integrated Marketing will strategically create and plan integrated marketing campaigns including activation across paid, earned and owned channels; managing cross-functional teams to deliver campaign results against a campaign brief.

  • Set campaign expectations and manage the output of cross-functional teams to execute campaigns from tip to tail – from the briefing, campaign strategy to the execution of media plans, analysis of results and optimizations to campaign
  • Assist in brief development to drive overall campaign strategy and plans to deliver KPIs as directed in the brief
  • Alignment with stakeholders on input and insights for relevant work
  • Create and maintain strong working relationships with marketing leaders as their single point of contact and business partner for campaign work
  • Align campaign elements including advertising production across all channels (e.g. TV, Digital, Print, and OOH), develop concise project briefs to guide partners and develop/review project schedules.
  • Develop plans that encompass both strategy and tactics to deliver the right message, to the right audience at the right time via multiple promotion channels. (website, digital, offline, email, social media, PR, etc)
  • Develop detailed go to market campaign plans and program/project briefs (including goals, messaging, call to action, content, target personas, and distribution channels), to enable effective execution
  • Communicate with stakeholders on progress, deliverables, roadblocks, and results
  • Define campaign reporting needs and measures against KPIs, work with the broader marketing team to track and report results against benchmarks.
  • Ensure necessary approvals on strategies, plans, and creative territories to keep the campaign on schedule for launch
  • External agency partnership management as needed
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and executing large scale integrated marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, with emphasis in Marketing/Communications, MBA preferred or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated analytical skills. 
  • Excellent communicator that proactively shares key project and business result information with stakeholders, managers and senior leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize varying demands, set deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience leading people and cross-functional teams
