Position Summary:
The Paid Search Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital strategies to support customer acquisition and retention initiatives and business goals. In this role, the Paid Search Engine Marketing Manager leads the implementation of effective Paid Search marketing strategies by assisting with campaign development, forecasting campaign performance, performing ongoing optimization, implementing marketing technologies to drive efficiencies and driving campaign reporting and analysis.

  • Manage day-to-day PPC activities across multiple search engines via manual optimization and 3rd party tools. 
  • Own campaign management tools and analytics programs to monitor campaign performance, develop reporting and drive campaign optimizations. 
  • Display thought leadership by adopting best practices, market changes and new technologies to evolve the Paid Search channel.
  • Lead keyword research (discovery and expansion), creative and landing page testing, review and analysis of web site performance metrics, and daily bid management to optimize campaigns.
  • Monthly and annual budgeting, pacing and forecasting across accounts. 
  • Effectively partner with internal and external teams to implement creative and technical requirements for search strategies.
  • Define KPIs with key stakeholders and execute against them.
  • Produce and deliver weekly search performance reports.
  • Review digital campaign performance with segment leads and marketing leadership. 
  • Manage marketing operations activities including tracking and pixel setup. 
  • Effectively lead direct reports, contractors or implementation partners.
  • Contribute to other digital marketing strategies as needed. 
  • Display attention to detail throughout daily duties.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • 5+ years' experience in B2C digital marketing and advertising.
  • Google and Bing Ads Certified. 
  • Excellent grasp of marketing technologies, attribution and analytics. 
  • Demonstrable experience with digital marketing including Paid Search.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices. 
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
