Fusionfarm is looking for a skilled Business Development Account Executive to drive sales of our creative, branding and digital methods and products through a consultative approach to new and assigned accounts.

The Business Development Account Executive will identify and target ways to grow existing business as well as have a strong focus on obtaining new business opportunities. Collaboratively works with leadership and team to maximize revenue.  

Immersion in the social and digital media space, and understanding of its long term role in the marketing landscape is imperative. Must take initiative for and engage in continuous learning. Expected to be an active participant in training as well as an independent learner, staying abreast of trends, tactics & best practices. Must have reliable transportation, possess a valid driver's license, and be insurable.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, business management or related field. Equivalent work experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree. Experience in either direct sales or sales management a plus.
