1st shift Shipping / Receiving and Small Parts Assembly Supervisor

J.E. Adams Industries, a leading manufacturer of car wash equipment and accessories, high pressure parts and misting solutions, is seeking a qualified candidate for a 1st shift Shipping/Receiving and Small Parts Assembly Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision of department employees
• Ensure and enforce safe work practices
• Manage daily department operations, workflow, schedules and task delegations with efficiency
• Package and fulfill customer orders accurately and timely
• Manage inventory of finished goods
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments assuring all product/orders are received and shipped accurately
• Multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Train new employees on policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as required

 

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years related warehouse lead/supervisor experience is preferred
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organization, communication and follow-up skills
• Work well with others in a team environment
• Positive attitude
• Ability to multitask
• Basic computer skills, outlook, word, excel
• Valid driver’s license
