Estimator / Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced estimator/project manager for our commercial and industrial construction services.

 

Candidate will be responsible for estimating, project management and contract administration of awarded projects.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Estimating
• Creating work schedules
• Supervision of field labor
• Contract administration

 

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in general and industrial construction
• Leadership skills and the ability to delegate
• Strong customer service skills
• Computer Proficiency

 

Salary Range: 

• $65,000 to $85,000 yearly
