Family Medicine Specialists is an independently owned practice that offers a unique work environment.  Our organization is made up of 5 Physicians, 3 Physician-Assistants and exceptional staff that serve our very important patients.  We are proud of our small office setting that offers a second family and nice benefit package.  We take pride in providing top notch care for our patients while working in a family friendly atmosphere.

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail oriented, and energetic individual to join our busy family medicine clinic.  Must have high integrity, work collaboratively, and possess excellent organization and communication skills.  The Practice Administrator leads and directs the overall operations of the practice.  Responsibilities include:  strategic planning, financial management, human resources, information technology, public relations and facility management functions.

Requirements include:
  • Service-driven individual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and planning skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business field
  • Minimum of ten years professional work experience
  • Minimum of five years formal leadership experience. 
  • General accounting and budget management experience
