Manager Inside Sales

The Manager of Inside Sales contributes to the overall success of the Company by effectively managing and aligning departmental goals with Company strategies and objectives. Serves as a direct link with senior management, tracking and analyzing department’s performance and making recommendations to drive a world-class Inside Sales department.

Essential Duties and responsibilities
Sales Analytics
  • Generates Monthly Sales Scorecard reporting on key sales metrics and trends across product lines, customers, and industries.
Establishing “Great Performance” and Customer Service Standards
  • Drives continuous improvement in processes across entire sales organization including inside and outside sales teams.
Global Standardization of Inside Sales Operations
  • Ensures consistent processes are used across all company locations around the world
Handles Customer Escalations and Problem Resolution
  • Works closely with inside and outside sales team to quickly resolve critical customer issues that require escalation
Maintains and Develops Personnel 
  • Builds and maintains a dynamic, diverse, and cohesive customer service team
Creation and Execution of Company’s Short and Long Term Strategic Goals 
  • Actively participates in the annual strategic planning process
  • Presents key information/recommendations in weekly operation meetings
  • Implements and drives departmental action plans to achieve the Company’s mission and vision
  • Assists employees with individual actions plans that drive departmental goals
Develops, Plans, Budgets, & Forecasts Financial Results of Department

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of customer service and/or management experience. Must have experience in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ODBC.
