Job Information:

This position requires attention to detail, motivation to work for clients and the ability to deal with a fast-paced work environment.  It also requires that the office manager work well with all types of persons, work on several projects at once, prioritize all work, plan for deadlines, resolve issues proactively and be responsible for projects assigned.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Proficiency in payroll and accounting practices;
  • Competency in operating office equipment including computer, fax, calculator, scanner, copier, postage machine and telephone system;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and analytical ability.

Job duties:
  • Entering payroll; managing benefit eligibilities; maintaining personnel files
  • Manage accounts receivables;
  • Manage accounts payable;
  • Manage new employee interviews and hiring procedures
  • Manage client billing;
  • Manage client trust accounts;
  • Manage office equipment;
  • Coordinating office accounts with accountant;
  • Overseeing general office procedures;
  • Maintaining and updating office calendar;
  • Answering telephones.

Four year degree preferred, certification or related experience required. Salary commensurate with experience.  Benefits include health, dental, LTD, sick leave, vacation pay, and personal days.
