The selected candidate would be responsible for Help Desk support for end users in office, manufacturing and warehousing environments. Responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when appropriate and necessary. The Help Desk Technician identifies, researches, and resolves computer, network, and application issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintains Organization’s Effectiveness & Efficiency in supporting ESP’s goals, processing support systems, and will assist MIS in all major duties.

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school and 1 – 2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
