Job Information:

Health Enterprises has an immediate opening for a full-time Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist position in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in IT support/customer service is required. Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (Windows 10) (MCSA) preferred; CompTIA A+ preferred; ITIL Foundation preferred; or absent of any of the above, the ability to achieve at least one of the above certifications within the first six (6) months of employment is required. The IT Support Specialist is responsible for PC applications, mobile devices, PC hardware/peripherals and day-to-day customer service. The position will provide direct support to all personnel located at the Health Enterprises corporate office and at remote locations.

Health Enterprises offers a comprehensive salary and benefits package. Local candidates preferred; no relocation package available.
