Help Desk Technician
Keystone IT is a family owned company providing complete IT products and services to small businesses in the Corridor.
The Help Deck Technician is the face of the company. The Technician takes phone calls and emails from clients requesting help. The Technician determines the nature of the client’s problem. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately, the Technician then decides how to move forward to help the client.
In addition to assisting clients, the Technician also performs bench work repairing computers and laptops. This requires good diagnostic skills general knowledge of computer systems. Working effectively alone and in a team environment is expected.
Degree in a computer related field and experience is required. Adequate experience plus certifications may substitute for a degree.
This is a full time position with benefits. Starting pay is negotiable.
