TrueNorth, an Insurance and Financial Strategies firm, has an immediate opening for an Enrollment Coordinatorworking with our Transportation division inCedar Rapids, Iowa.  The Enrollment Coordinator's primary responsibility is to work with Motor Carries, Producers, and Marketing teams to compile open enrollment eligible driver call lists, coordinate the marketing and correspondence for driver benefits, and generate participation reports.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Conduct open enrollment calls with Producers
  • Run current participation reports prior to open enrollment; provide reports to Producer and TrueChoices Team Leader
  • Collect open enrollment call lists from clients; partnering with Account Managers to collect as needed
  • Run reports and compile open enrollment results; provide to Producer, Account Managers and Leadership team for review, monthly
  • Work with Account Manager to complete new client on-boarding process, taking direct responsibility for handling marketing and supply duties
  • Coordinate all marketing material for TrueChoices team
  • Generate and send weekly reminders to account contacts to send out Qualcomms or PeopleNet communications
  • Generate and send weekly text messages and emails to prospects
  • Contact applicable motor carriers to compile new driver lists and communicate benefits appropriately
  • Perform other duties as assigned appropriate to the position

Education & Experience:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or applicable work experience, is required
  • Must have previous working experience in the insurance industry
  • Customer service experience a must
  • Life & Health insurance licensing required within 90 days of employment and must be maintained annually.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Specifically intermediate Word skills and Excel skills, Outlook and basic PowerPoint skills.
