As a key leader of the Information Systems & Technology team, the Executive Director of Technology Infrastructure is responsible for leadership of the System Administration, Network Administration, Systems Security and Telephony teams for the College. In addition to leadership and management of personnel this person will research, plan, recommend and implement a wide variety of technical projects ensuring the technical resources under their leadership deliver the desired results in a timely and cost effective manner and communicate status consistently and frequently. They will instill and support a strong customer service focus within the organization.

- DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Fulfill the KPI’s which have been set forth to support the overall College’s Strategies
- Identify, prioritize and delegate tasks, projects and initiatives
- Monitor progress of all tasks, projects and initiatives regularly and provide consistent communication updates. Ensure workload is distributed evenly
- Ensure documentation and diagrams of all processes and systems is up to date.
- Create and manage department budget
- Determine technical strategy for systems, telephony, network, email, desktop imaging and other critical technical components to support the vision and needs of the college.
- Work with all departments and project manager to ensure cross departmental projects have adequate IT resources.
- Create and implement individual development plans with all employees to ensure the IT department makes continuous improvement and training a priority.
- Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate work groups to facilitate timely solutions to college needs.
- Provide technical support and direction to all groups within IT
- Work with management to drive, measure, and verify the performance of the project
- Partner with Project Manager to provide resource and budget requirements for all projects
- Develop and utilize a process to drive, measure, and verify the performance of the organization through established benchmarks.
- Draft and distribute regular status reports to internal stakeholders and management at mutually agreed upon intervals. Status reports should be appropriate for level of audience.
- Perform other related work duties as assigned.

- PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES WITH/WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION:
Position involves working in an office setting. Occasional (10-33%) standing, pushing, pulling and grasping. Frequent (34-66%) reaching and viewing a computer and other types of close visual work. Constant (67-100%) sitting, walking, repetitive motion, talking and hearing.

- Bachelors in a related discipline and 5 years of Senior Technical Management
- MBA
- PMP
