GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
Under moderate supervision, provides registration support and advising to students calling into the continuing education main registration line. Support other duties that ensure accurate student records and communications to students and external partners.

- DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Effectively communicate program registration specific requirements to all interested patrons
- Respond to internal/external inquiries via phone/in-person/LiveChat
- Process registrations/cancellations/transfers for non-credit students
- Manage waitlist for non-credit programs
- Coordinate student communications re: class requirements and changes
- Perform various office duties such as filing, scanning and document storage
- Assist with various department events
- Coordinate class materials and classroom packets
- Perform other tasks as assigned

- PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES WITH/WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION:

Position involves working in an office setting. Occasional (10-33%) standing, pushing, pulling and grasping. Frequent (34-66%) reaching and viewing a computer and other types of close visual work. Constant (67-100%) sitting, walking, repetitive motion, talking and hearing.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-
- High school diploma or equivalency plus two years related experience
- Possess a good working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of standard office equipment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, OR REGISTRATIONS:
- Experience or training in a call center or in a customer service industry
- Preference will be given to those candidates who have successfully completed the core assessments of the Skills Advantage WorkKeys Program.
