We are so excited to announce that there is now a $2,500 sign on bonus for our Supported Living Supervisor position! This bonus will be offered to any qualified candidate who applies and is selected for the supervisor positions in our agency.

Systems Unlimited strives to promote growth within the agency. Recently, 5 Supervisors were promoted to the next level, Coordinator position. This now leaves the agency with several supervisor positions open.

Our supervisors play an important role in guiding a 24-hour site as its leader and contact.

QUALIFICATIONS: The applicant should have experience in the following areas:

  • BA/BS in a human services-related field from an accredited educational institution is preferred but not required

  • Experience working with people with disabilities and implementing service provision strategies

  • Previous supervisory experience could be as a team lead, a supervisor, or a manager elsewhere

  • Applicant must maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record that is acceptable from a risk management perspective

A little about Supported Living Supervisor (SLS):

As an SLS, you will be accountable for:

  • the day-to-day running of a 24-hour home within a 40hr work week

  • health and safety of members served which includes attending medical appointments

  • overseeing and ensuring those served are meeting their personal goal as agreed upon by the team

  • Stewardship of 5-10 staff which will present you with the opportunity to create and grow your own team that you schedule on a monthly basis

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership qualifications, accountability, professional attitude, and the knowledge of how to work within a dynamic work environment. Candidates who are organized and motivated self-starters are encouraged to apply.
