Direct Support Professional (Community Living Assistant)

Our non-profit organization has been providing residential services and supports to people with intellectual disabilities in Linn County for 40 years. We are currently accepting applications for full and part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). 

As a DSP, you provide direct support and supervision that empowers the people we serve to live active and meaningful lives. You have the opportunity to help enrich lives by providing individualized support, training and assistance that enables those served to thrive in both home and community settings. Extensive training is provided, including Medication Manager certification.  

Qualifications Include:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and meet company’s insurability criteria
• Prior experience working with people with disabilities is preferred but not required
• Pass required pre-employment background and drug screening verification
