Systems is currently looking for a Program Administrator (Supported Living) who is:

As a Program Administrator at Systems, you will:
  • Coordinate and manage Supported Community Living program operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure continuous quality improvement of individualized programs and services for people with disabilities
  • Monitor staffing levels to make sure they are appropriate for services and that staffing is in compliance with agency quality standards
  • Supervise assigned department personnel, including: hiring, evaluating, training, scheduling, and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and the completion of all work performed by direct reports
  • Meet with assigned staff on a regular basis to identify and resolve problems; manage projects, and review work processes and procedures
  • Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications: 
  • BA/BS in a Human Services discipline and at least three years experience working with persons with developmental disabilities or a combination of education and experience which totals six years
  • Combination of management and supervisory experience which totals at least four years  
  • A valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable from a risk management perspective
  • Skilled in  leadership, coaching, and counseling of employees

This is a full-time, salaried exempt position with normal office hours of Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M.-4:30 P.M., but schedule and hours may vary.
