We are looking to expand our human resources team by filling a unique role that is responsible for completing the initial interview process for non-management retail openings and entry-level mission services positions to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified candidates.

Once a candidate selection is determined by the hiring manager, this role will be responsible for initiating the job closing process and completing all appropriate steps.


  • This dynamic role requires an excellent communicator as this person could spend up to 7 hours per day on the phone screening applicants.

  • Strong organizational skills are a must to keep track of the volume of openings for the various locations, as well as corresponding notes.

  • One year of related experience preferred as well as basic knowledge of EEO and discriminatory practices in hiring.
