KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Shift Leader, you will provide leadership, direction, and support for treatment programming and staff supervision for 2nd shift and weekend shifts. You will ensure quality milieu for clients, implement campus activities including therapeutic and recreational groups and other scheduled activities. The Shift Leader must have strong assessment/intervention and observation skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and have a passion for serving children and families.
This position will work with consumers in an Intermediate Care Facility for Intellectually Disability setting who have cognitive, developmental and behavioral challenges.

SCHEDULE/HOURS:
Hours are primarily second shift, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., including holidays and every other weekend. Flexibility is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required or 3 years experience in the mental/behavioral health direct care field. Previous supervisory and/or management experience preferred.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE: 
Compensation will be based on agency schedule. A sign-on bonus will be offered along with a retention bonus following 18 months of employment. An additional sign on bonus will be offered if applicant possesses a current certification for Certified Medication Aide (CMA).
