Human Resources Generalist

Responsible for all direct placement recruitment and recruitment process. Work alongside other HR Generalist with conducting orientation and all laws surrounding recruitment. This position will be responsible for job postings, scheduling interviews and assisting the hiring manager with the interview process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit to fill vacant positions in a timely manner.
      • Create job postings
      • Review resumes
      • Schedule interviews with candidate and hiring manager
      • Work with hiring managers to create offer letters and assist with new hire process
  • Work with other HR Generalist to conduct orientation and set up new hires in HRIS systems
  • Act as a liaison between employees and/or vendors to answer questions about benefits, company policy, payroll etc.
  • File and maintain confidential personnel and other HR records
  • Update employee time off calendar
  • Assist with approval of benefit invoices
  • Assist with OSHA trainings
  • Assume other duties and projects as assigned by HR Manager
  • Assist with Payroll Processions and Submission
    • Review payroll preprocess for correctness
    • Tertiary in payroll preparation and submission


  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  • 1 year of experience in Human Resources
  • Working knowledge of internal control procedures, payroll and human resources.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with various levels of staff.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
