The University of Iowa Human Resources is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Administrators who will be responsible for supporting change management initiatives in key areas at the University of Iowa.  Responsible for assessing change readiness through a variety of measures, and developing and implementing tailored change management strategies to maximize adoption.  Responsible for aligning change management plans to future-state goals, while also attending to the individual and organizational needs that arise throughout the transition.  Provide expert consultation and training on issues related to change management, including communication, conflict resolution, competency development and service excellence.Provide leadership coaching and consultation as needed. Work collaboratively with employees at all levels to develop integrated action steps and achieve outcomes that are consistent with project timelines and goals.
