Starting Salary $30,000

Primary Job Duties
  • Account Manager will determine and create their own recruiting strategies, compare candidates' skills to the applicable job descriptions, interview candidates, and determine whether the candidate will be a good fit for the position based on their knowledge of each client's work environment, job duties, and culture.
  • Account Manager will make hiring recommendations directly to clients.
  • Account Manager may negotiate overall pay and certain benefits for the candidates being placed within Client Companies.
  • Account Manager will monitor performance, coach, and if needed, discipline or terminate temporary employees.
  • Account Manager will use discretion and independent judgment in significant matters specifically in building new and current business relationships for the company which is the foundation of our business.
  • Implements, maintains, and enhances relationship management techniques to learn customers’ business, discover customers’ needs and provide exceptional service. This includes current clients as well as sourcing new clients to grow the business.
  • Account Manager will serve as the public face of the business which includes marketing the Company’s services through in-person meetings, telephone calls, electronic media, etc.
  • Account Management includes participating in local business associations and networking events to increase the Company’s presence in the local business community. This may include events on nights or weekends.
Job Knowledge and Requirements:
  • Account Managers should be familiar with work related injuries from first report of injury, appointment follow up, light duty, and getting employees back to work.
  • Account Manager will be willing to transport employees to medical appointments for work related injuries.
  • Is able to conduct drug screens, breathe alcohol testing and other pre-employment screens.
  • Is able to understand employee policies and able to coach and communicate policies to potential and current employees.
  • Has a clear understanding of employee benefits and is able to communicate benefit information to employees.
  • Interfaces with all levels of management and effectively engages in presentations and communications.
  • Works in a team environment and independently.
  • Proven expertise problem solving and successful conclusions in fast paced environments.
  • Thrives in a high energy environment and multi-tasking opportunities.
  • Proven record of consistently achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly goals
  • Ability to uncover and qualify opportunities.
  • Experienced in conflict resolution and effective problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.

Qualifications:
Exceptional oral, written, communication and presentation skills
Must have customer service experience
Must be an efficient multi-tasker with strong organizational skills
Information and technology proficient
Attributes: professional; competitive; business-oriented; creative; aggressive/ambitious; positive; prompt and self-directed
Possess industry and job-specific expertise
Bi-lingual in Spanish would be a plus
Must possess a valid, insurable driver’s license and reliable transportation
