Job Information:

Small, well-established, but growing business in Cedar Rapids seeks a Human Resources Manager for a newly created position. Ideal candidate would have a minimum Associate’s degree in human resources or a related field and a minimum three years’ experience working in human resources, employee relations and talent acquisition.

Experience in payroll and benefits preferable, but not required. Responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s human resources by planning and implementing policies and best practices. Flexible schedule during a 30 hour, Monday-Friday workweek, with competitive pay and benefits. Hourly/non-exempt position reporting to the Office Manager.
