Job Title: HR Recruiting Specialist
Department: Human Resources
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for day to day administration of the recruiting processes, with the overall purpose of enabling quality and timely hiring to meet the company’s staffing needs.
•Provide exceptional guest service to all employees and customers.
•Manage the staffing requisition process to include internal and external job postings.
•Creative sourcing for all positions to ensure appropriate applicant quality and quantity, to include writing and placement of media ads, internet advertising, and attendance at job fairs.
•Screen applications and forward to appropriate hiring department.
•Assist with interviewing and hiring decisions as needed.
•Facilitate the new hire process, including working with managers and candidates to ensure timely completion of all new hire process steps.
•Administer pre-employment and random drug screening.
•Manage the Employee Referral Program
•Facilitate New Hire Orientation.
•Manage interview and selection documentation to ensure the company is compliant with all applicable employment laws.
•Conduct candidate reference checks as needed.
•Audit appropriate HR invoices for accuracy.
•Assist with other HR duties as assigned.
•Associate’s Degree, or equivalent related experience
•Minimum of 2 years of office administration experience, to include successful handling of a high volume of varied activities.
•Minimum of 2 years of guest service experience, which must include significant daily interactions with either customers or employees.
•Must demonstrate proficient guest service skills.
• Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Must demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills
•Varies by time/day of week, to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
