Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa is seeking an Imaging Manager to join our team.

Our Imaging Manager is responsible for managing and directing the day to day operations of Imaging team.  

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Oversight of patient care activities.
• Daily clinic management including management of staff, regulatory compliance, administration, and training.
• Working with PCI management/administration on company initiatives.
• Oversight of the scheduling of patients and delivery of patient care. 
• Overall responsibilities also include execution and support of departmental and organizational initiatives including any initiatives related to the strategic plan.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions to prevent down time for interface failures.
• Prepare and review weekly department staff schedule.
• Monitor and maintain records for attendance, continuing education, and performance reviews pertinent to department staff.
• Attend and/or schedule meetings as needed.
• Conduct interviews and arrange job-shadowing schedules for all final radiology job applicants and complete orientation with new employees.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital imaging, MRI, or CT field and/or management experience overseeing Imaging department required.  
• Successful candidate will have experience in finance, budgeting, and expense and resource management.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain confidential information required. 
• The successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
• The qualified individual will be patient focused and must work well with team members.
• Must also have a high level of comfort in working with computer systems. 

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive supervisory experience.
• Leadership experience utilizing problem-solving methodologies, project management skills, management.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems.
