We specialize in the non-operative care of a wide range of chronic musculoskeletal pain and neurological disorders with a strong emphasis in regenerative medicine.

Job Summary:

Provide physical therapy services at a state of the art outpatient medical clinic specializing in non-surgical spine, orthopedic and neurologic conditions under the guidance of board certified physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist and advanced regenerative nurse practitioner.

Daily Duties:

  • Work with Licensed ATC to efficiently execute advanced therapy care plans using sophisticated rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to SpineForce Neurophysical Training, Whole Body Vibration, MedX Spinal Core Conditioning, ReWalk Robotics Rehabilitation Technology, Functional Electrical Stimulation, Neuromuscular Stimulation.
  • Advance and promote rehabilitation protocols using novel specialized rehabilitation technology and contribute to outcomes research involving multiple rehabilitation conditions including but not limited to osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, peripheral neuropathy, concussion.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities):

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong educational foundation of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer software applications
  • Proficiency using EMR applications and understanding of OT documentation guidelines
  • Detail-oriented, team player and able to adapt to constantly changing reimbursement situations
  • Must be open-minded and be able to both take and provide constructive criticism well
  • Strong organization skills and abilities to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with all populations
  • Strong understanding of time management and workflow
  • Ability to understand and explain anatomical functions and descriptions of therapies being provided
  • Ability to answer patient questions in professional scientific manner
  • Ability to lift 20-50 Lbs. on occasion

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Master's degree or equivalent combination of education/ experience
  • Licensed in state of Iowa in good standing
  • CPR Certified

Location/Environment: onsite

Duration:  long term      

Hours:  40 hours per week

Salary Range: $68,000 - $72,000 Based on experience & qualifications.
