Are you a hard worker who likes to help people? Progressive Rehabilitation Associates, LLC is recruiting a full time Patient Service Specialist to join our multidisciplinary teams. As a Patient Service Specialist, you are the first connection to our patients and will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience. Responsibilities include answering the phone, patient registration and scheduling, and the collection of payments. Our Patient Service Specialists also assist clinicians in their day-to-day work, allowing them to maximize their efficiency and to create an overall positive experience patients will talk about to their family and friends.
