Job Information:
The Villages at Marion is seeking a caring and dynamic nurse who is looking to have a positive impact on the lives of our tenants and direct care staff as our RN, Director of Health Care Services in our Assisted Living/Memory Care Community. Key responsibilities of this position include assessing, planning and managing tenant services, providing leadership, training and delegation to care staff and regulatory compliance. This candidate will be a hands on, have good communication and customer service skills and compassion for the tenants and families we serve. Candidate should have 2 or more years of supervisory or nursing management experience and a current RN license.Applying for:
