Make a difference! Cedar Rapids Pain Associates is a leader in interventional pain management, offering a multidisciplinary, non-narcotic approach to pain relief. We are able to offer a wide array of services with our professional staff that includes a board certified anesthesiologist, a chiropractor, nurse practitioners, and a physical therapist.

This is a full-time position that includes medical and chiropractic duties. The ideal candidate enjoys working as a team and strives to provide each patient with the highest quality of care.
Essential job functions include but are not limited to:
- Obtaining and documenting patients’ vitals and history
- Assisting providers as needed during patient exams or procedures
- Administering medications as directed
- Providing supplies and instructions to patients
- Calling and transmitting prescriptions based on provider orders
- Referring to outside providers for specialty appointments, laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Initiating prior authorizations for medications and radiology
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the exam and procedure rooms
- Assisting front desk staff with phone calls, patient inquiries, check-in/check-out of patients
- Following conduct guidelines set forth in the Cedar Rapids Pain Associates Employee Manual
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations
- Working collaboratively with all clinic staff
- Maintaining excellent and punctual attendance
