Successful candidates must have:

• Help implement an activity program to meet each resident’s needs

• Maintain the resources needed for each resident’s activity needs

• Complete all record keeping in a timely and in depth fashion

• Position also assists with business office operations

• Prefer completion of state-approved Activities Director Course or Bachelors' Degree in Therapeutic Recreation
