Custodial / Maintenance Technician

The City of North Liberty is seeking applicants for a full-time Custodial/Maintenace Technician  

 North Liberty’s population has grown quickly over the past two decades, reaching 20,479 in 2020. Our community’s desirable location has driven residential and commercial growth, and North Liberty’s homegrown businesses including local media, regional financial, national transportation, emerging and cutting-edge biotechnology; and solar power entrepreneurs getting their big ideas off the ground.

Duties will include: cleaning, santitizing and maintenance tasks of all areas of the North Liberty Community Center and other city facilities as required. 

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
•  Mut be self-motivated
• Must be reliable
• Must have a high energy level
• Experience in janitorial work, building maintenance and pool operations is preferred.

Regular Shift is Monday-Friday 5am-2pm with a rotating 4 hour - weekend shift.
