  • The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for driving appointments through initiating telephone contact with existing customer of specific luxury automotive dealerships during scheduled events.
  • Responsibilities include outbound calling and scheduling appointments at open times on the dealer’s calendar. Ideal candidates will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment.
  • In between dealerships marketing events, representatives will call existing dealership customers regarding service/maintenance reminders.
  • Contact customers to establish needs and qualify for right-fit criteria

Ideal Qualifications:

  • A competitive drive to be THE BEST
  • Previous experience in inside sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills—both speaking and listening
  • Ability to build rapport on the phone
  • Willingness to accept feedback and be coached
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
